This is a brief explication (by Panchi) of how the whole awards work:

These awards don’t have a ceremony, each winner will receive the award from a fan who will go and give the prize to the artist (in any part of the world).

Nelly is not nominated yet, she is like pre-nominated. In each category, the 5 who have most of the votes are nominated. You only have to register, and vote! Once you register you could participate (if she wins) to give her the prize!!! You can vote once a day.

How to vote:

01. Register on the Orgullosamente Latino site, by clicking on Regìstrate.
02. Once you’ve made the account, login and go on Vota
03. Make sure to vote for Nelly Furtado in the following categories:

Solista Latina del Año
Disco Latino del Año
Video Latino del Año
Cancion Latina del Año

You only have to click on each category and then another page will appear with a long list of acts, scroll down and search for Nelly.
When you found her click on the ‘Votar’ button.
